Learned Standing Counsel could not the aforesaid facts. 4. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of in terms of orders dated 11.10.2022 and 29.03.2023 passed in Writ A No. 28543 of 2013 and Special Appeal No. 176 of 2023 respectively.
