Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam who has produced the Case Diary and has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Sri Kashi Ram Saikia, who was granted interim bail by this Court, has appeared before the Investigating Page No.# 2/2 Officer and his statement has been recorded under Section 180 of the BNS, 2023. 2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 30.04.2025 is hereby made absolute, with condition Nos.
