Vineet Sharma and others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 376, 354 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.01, Ghaziabad, within stipulated period. 3. Considering the fact that the aforesaid case is pending since 2024. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
