A lease was granted in favour of private respondent no. 5, against which petitioner had moved an application under Section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which was allowed. Respondent no. 5 had moved restoration application, which was dismissed. Thereafter, both the order passed under Section 128 of the Code of 2006 and the order passed in restoration application were challenged in revision, which has been allowed. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. From perusal of the records, I find that no case for interference is made out. 3. Writ petition stands dismissed.
