In the accomplishment of the order passed by this Court dated 27.1.2025 it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned State counsel and C.O. City, Hathras Shri Yogendra Krishna Narayan, which is physically present before this Court that further investigation was performed in this matter and now in the charge sheet the offence under Section 3/4 POCSO Act has already been added and it was fairly conceded that the said supplementary charge sheet has not been submitted before the trial Court so far. 2. The I.O. concerned is directed to file supplementary charge sheet before the trial Court, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. Personal appearance of the C.O. concerned is exempted until ordered otherwise. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellant made a request to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file fresh in accordance with law. 4.
