This is an application, filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, praying for condonation of delay of 85 days in filing the connected appeal. 3. The ground for delay in preferring the connected appeal has been explained in paragraph Nos. 2 & 3 of the condonation petition. 4. Upon perusal of the ground stated in the said paragraphs, this Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by a sufficient cause from preferring the connected appeal within a stipulated time. 5. Moreover, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection in condoning the delay. 6. In view of the above, the delay of 85 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned. Page No.# 3/3 7. With the above, the I.A. stands disposed of. 8.
