The petitioners' marks have been declared after adopting the normalization formula. The normalization formula was in public domain since it was adopted in the year 2019. The results of the examination for appointment to the post of supervisor were declared on 23.11.2024. No credible challenge has been laid against the normalization of formula. It is submitted by Shri Siddharth Singhal, learned counsel assisted by Shri Akhilesh Mauray, learned counsel for the respondent-Commission that the actual marks of each candidate shall be declared after the conclusion of the selection process. In the wake of this submission, no orders are required to be passed by this Court. The writ petition is dismissed.
