No. 2279 of 2024), State v. Akshay Sharma, under Sections 498A, 304B, 504 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Chhapar, District Muzaffarnagar arising out of Case Crime No. 92 of 2024 pending before Additional District Judge/ F.T.C.-I, Muzaffarnagar. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw this petition stating that the applicant will be moving discharge application before the court concerned. He further requests that liberty may be granted to file a fresh petition challenging the order, if passed against the applicant on the discharge application by the court concerned.
