Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants praying for quashing of entire proceedings of complaint case no.2086 of 2023, under sections 504, 323, 392, 506 IPC, PS. Shivrajpur, District Kanpur Dehat as well as Non-Bailable Warrants dated 26.09.2024 issued by Additional District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge (D.A.A.), Kanpur Dehat. 3. The Court does not see any illegality, impropriety and incorrectness in the impugned order under challenge and also there seem to be no abuse of court's process. There is no good ground to interfere in the same, therefore, the prayer for quashing of the impugned order is refused. 4. However, a request has been made that the applicants want to surrender in the court below and apply for bail and for that some protective direction may be issued. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that in case the applicants surrender within two weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6.
