Petitioner, by means of this petition, wants a direction to the respondent No.2 to clear the entire post retirement dues and restoration of full pension. 3. Instructions have been obtained in the matter, which is taken on record. Copy of the same is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. As per instructions, the order of punishment could not be given effect to without permission of the Governor under the Regulation 351-A of Civil Services Regulations. 5. Admittedly, petitioner had retired and permission is still pending. At this stage, therefore, the relief prayed for cannot be granted. 6. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to question the order of permission stands granted by the Governor under the Regulation 351-A of the Civil Services Regulations. 7.
