Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash order dated 15.07.2022 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Kanpur, Division Kanpur in Appeal No. 1665 of 2021 (Krishna Kumar Vs. Ravi Shukla and others), under section 38(4) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and order dated 23.12.2020 passed by the Collector Kanpur in Case No. 02 of 2020 (Ravi Shukla Vs. Gaon Sabha and others), under section 27(3) of U.P.C.H. Act, (Under Sections 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent not to interfere in construction work of the petitioner, which have to carried out on his own Gata No. 124 situated in village Nasrapur, Pargana & Tehsil-Kannauj, District-Kannauj." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order dated 15.7.2022 passed by the Commissioner in Appeal No.1665 of 2021 passed under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, petitioner has remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
