Nawaz, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the petitioner, namely, Ainul Hussain, was granted interim bail by this Court on 25.04.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. Case No. 174/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNSS has already been recorded. 3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 25.04.2025 is hereby made absolute. 4.
