On the other hand, Sri Srinivasarao Potiuri, learned counsel for the petitioners requested to record the said submissions and prayed to close the Contempt Case. 4. Perusal of the letter addressed by the District Registrar Lr.No.E/1038/2025, dated 17.06.2025 would indicate that the vide subject properties were denotified from the list of properties under Section 22-A(1)(c ) of the Registration Act, 1908. 5. Taking the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the letter addressed by the District Registrar dated 17.06.2025 into consideration, since the respondent authorities have complied with the orders of this Court dated 20.10.2023 in Writ Petition No.23329 of 2023, there remains nothing for adjudication in the Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is liable to be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
