CM No. 6812/2025. For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with submissions made at bar, application is allowed and the applicants are exempted for placing on record certified copy of Legal Heir Certificate for time being, however, they shall place the same on record within a period of two weeks. CM No. 6812/2025, is disposed of.
WP(C ) No. 3209/2025. Petitioners are aggrieved of an appeal/application preferred by the private respondents before Dy. Commissioner, Srinagar for revocation/cancellation of legal heir certificate, issued by Tehsildar, Eidgah in their favour, primarily on the ground of want of jurisdiction. After brief submissions, Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he will be satisfied in case respondent No. 2- Dy Commissioner, Srinagar is directed to consider the pleas raised by the petitioners in the present petition including plea of maintainability and jurisdiction. His statement is taken on record. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Dy Commissioner, Srinagar to consider all the pleas raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition including the plea of jurisdiction and maintainability of the appeal/application and dispose it of within a period of
four weeks from the date, copies of this order and writ petition along with annexures are made available.
Disposed of along with connected CM(s).
