Sr. Counsel Mr. P. Roy Barman assisted by Mr. T. Dhar, Advocate. Ld. Addl. GA, Mr. K. De appears for all the respondents and waives service of notice upon them. With the consent of both sides, the writ petition is disposed of at this motion stage. According to the petitioners, they appeared in of T-TET (Paper-II)Exam-2024 and their grievances are that out of question Nos. 123, 147, 149, 139, 142 of Part -V of Question Booklet Series–A (Corresponding to Question Nos.140, 104,106, 96,99 of Part-V of Series B & Question Nos.102,126,128,118,121 of Part V of Series C) of said examination, answer to Question No. 139 of Part-V of Series- A (corresponding Question No. 96 and 118 of Series B and Series C respectively) were incorrect and other questions as specified above fall outside the ambit of the prescribed syllabus of T-TET (Paper-II) examination, in contravention of the NCTE guidelines dated 11.02.2011. During hearing Ld. Sr. Counsel submits that liberty may be given to the petitioners to submit a proper representation ventilating their above said grievances to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and with further direction to said respondents to dispose of their such representation in a time bound manner. Ld. Addl. GA, Mr. K. De also concedes to said submission. In view of above said submissions of both the sides, this writ petition is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioners to submit representation before the respondent Nos.3 and 4 ventilating above said grievances within 2 weeks from today and in turn respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to dispose of the said representation by a reasoned order within 4 weeks thereafter. Along with said representation the petitioners may also submit copy of the instant writ petition with annexures to the said respondents for their convenience of understanding. With the above said terms, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. IA, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
