The present petition seeks to assail the orders dated 23.03.2017 and 20.07.2027 passed by the Respondent No.2 in proceedings under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the orders under challenge would be subject to further statutory remedies and in view thereof, the present petition would not be entertainable. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would avail the appropriate legal remedy. The petition stands disposed of.
