Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for State- respondents. 2. The petitioners have preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayers:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 26.11.2024 within stipulated period." 3. It is argued that though the representation has been made for construction of Panchayat Bhawan but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. He also placed reliance upon the judgment and order dated 17.08.2023 passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 1861 of 2023. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioners will submit a representation before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, District Kushi Nagar, he will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent No.2/District Magistrate, District Kushi Nagar, along with all relevant documents and papers on which the petitioner are making reliance and a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the representation is filed within the stipulated period, the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate orders most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
