At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the order dated 17.10.2024 regarding framing of charge against the revisionist was not in his knowledge and the present revision has been filed. 2. However, learned counsel for the opp. party no. 2 states that so far as charge is concerned, the same has been framed vide order dated 17.10.2024 passed by the trial court, hence, this revision has lost its relevance. 3. In view of the above, the revision is dismissed. 4. However, the revisionist is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy, if so advised, in accordance with law.
