Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for 2. the respondents 1 and 3; the learned Assistant Government Pleader for nd respondent and the learned Standing Finance and Planning, for the 2 Counsel for respondents 4 and 5. Considering the submissions, the respondents 2 to 5 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
