The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer :- "It is therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 01.10.2024 and cancel the Arms licence (Revolver) of opposite party no. 5 Vivek Kumar Dwivedi issued by respondent no. 2 Licensing authority/District Magistrate, District Kannauj. And/Or pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that no complaint of the petitioner is found in the records of the respondent authority. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file a fresh complaint before the respondent no. 3. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to prefer complaint before the respondent authority afresh within 30 days from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same would be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
