From the order dated 08.12.2021 which was passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act"), we find that a notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act was issued to the petitioner on 28.02.2018 and thereafter proceedings under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act read with Rule 8(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 had been initiated. 3. Now at this belated stage, no interference is warranted. 4. The instant writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. 5.
