Appellant-plaintiff had approached the Court for passing a decree of prohibitory injunction restraining the respondents-defendants from causing any interference, restriction, blockade, let or hindrance to the appellant-plaintiff to carry out repairs and alteration in the roof of the shop, which was dismissed and appeal preferred by the appellant has also been dismissed. Hence, the present appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that suit property in reference was a shop and, as per current instructions imparted to him, the said shop has collapsed.
