Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including the order dated 13.11.2024, of Complaint Case No. 20894 of 2021 (Randheer Singh Vs. Sunil Singh and Others), under Section 302 I.P.C., P.S. Rajpur, District Kanpur Dehat, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Kanpur Dehat. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel counsel for the applicants submits that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be issued to decide their bail applications expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear / surrender before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
