Mohendro and inclusive of the learned Deputy AG Mr. H. Debendro for the respondents are also present before the court physically. However, keeping in view the issues in between the petitioner and the respondents relating to the reservation and promotional opportunities as sought for in this matter are concerned, it is deemed appropriate that this matter would be listed on 26.09.2025 for hearing. This order has been passed in presence of learned senior counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 325 of 2019 and for the respondents in the miscellaneous proceeding in MC (WP(C)) No. 143 of 2023.
