Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the concerned respondent authorities particular respondent no.2 and 3 not to demolish Islamiya School Building in pursuance of order dated-04.01.2022 in case no.07547 of 2019 (C-no.T 201915060707547) under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 situated in Village Chandpatti, Tehsil Sagri, District Azamgarh during the pendency of this writ petition before this hon'ble court. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to concerned respondent no.2 to decide the application under section 101 and 102 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 till the disposal of the aforesaid application no any coercive action taken against the petitioner." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proceedings for exchange are pending since 2022. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sagri, District-Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned application under section 101 and 102 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
