Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to conclude the enquiry which is initiated in pursuance of order dated 06.12.2023 passed by the respondent no.2 and correct the revenue map of village Pathavijaypura, Pargana Banpur, Tehsil Mahrauni, District Lalitpur." 3. In the garb of deciding the representation, the petitioner wants correction in the revenue map. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner can move appropriate application under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of revenue map. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance.
