Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceedings of case no. 00246 of 2024 (State Vs. Roop Singh Lal and others) under section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 initiated by the respondent no.2, District Magistrate/ Collector District Auraiya for cancellation of allotment on the basis of false and fabricated report of so called committee constituted under direction of the respondent no.2, District Magistrate/Collector District Auraiya ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding and restraining the respondents not to dispossess from the land of arazi no.65/0.98 acre and arazi no. 854m/0.100 acres, arazi no. 340m/0.50 acres, arazi no.854m/0.72 acres total area 0.72 acres arazi no.755m/0.50 acres arazi no.872/0.80 acres and arazi no.113m/0.30 acres of village Patna Airva, Pargana, Tehsil and District Auraiya by adopting any coercive, illegal and malafide measure." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Order Date :- 20.3.2025 Nitika Sri.
