Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.3 to decide the Case No. 79 of 2020 Computerized Case No. T202015090601709, under Section 116 of U.P., Revenue Code, 2006 (Bucchi Versus Kedar and others), pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Basdeeh, Disdtrict Ballia on merit in accordance with law within stipulated period. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law most expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is no legal impediment.
