Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3606 of 2025 4. Heard the parties. 5. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 310 (2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. 6. On 21.10.2024 at about 1.00 am., dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown dacoits looted jewelleries and other valuable articles from him. 7. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Shatrudhan Kumar Verma from whose possession, some of the looted jewelleries were recovered, has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 927 of 2025. 8. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonanj, in connection with Panki P.S.
