The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (Anti Corruption Act) Court No. 2, Meerut in Criminal Revision No. 749 of 2024, whereby the revisional court dismissed the criminal revision and affirmed the order dated 19.9.2024 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, Meerut in complaint case No. 10483 of 2024, whereby learned Magistrate took cognizance under Sections 147, 148, 149, 325, I.P.C., Police Station Brahmpuri, District Meerut. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
