It is contended that marriage between the parties was solemnised on 26.11.2016 and one child was born out of the said wedlock, thereafter relations between the parties became strained and the applicant was thrown out of her matrimonial home and presently she is residing with her parents at Champawat with minor son aged about 5 years. Therefore, a prayer has been made to transfer the divorce suit which is pending before Family Court at Haldwani to Family Court at Champawat. 4. Ms. Sangeeta Adhikari Patni, Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that her client has no objection to the prayer for transfer of the suit made by applicant. 5. In view of the concession given by respondent, Transfer Application is allowed. 2025:UHC:4637 Original Suit No. 196 of 2023, Umesh Chandra Pathak Vs. Reeta Pathak, pending before Family Court, Haldwani is transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Champawat. 6.
