Learned P.P. along with Mr. R. Saha, Learned Addl. P.P. appears for the State and submitted that chargesheet has already been submitted vide Radhapur P.S. Case No.2025/RDP/016 under Section 127(2)/117(2)/74/3(5) of BNS against the FIR named accused persons namely Jitu Jamatia, Daniel Jamatia, Seri Hammrai Tripura, Utjal Pravat Malsom, Jagat Mohan Tripura. Learned P.P. further submitted that since initially the petitioner only challenged the FIR but in the meantime chargesheet is submitted. So nothing remains for adjudication before this Court at this stage. Learned Counsel for the petitioner at this stage submitted that he wants to withdraw the same. Request is considered. In view of the submission made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner this petition stands disposed of as withdrawn being not pressed by the petitioner. The case is thus disposed of.
