In aforesaid facts without commenting upon the merits of claim and counter claim of parties, present matter is closed with liberty to petitioner to avail appropriate remedy by filing comprehensive petition/contempt petition or Execution petition, if advised so, for redressal of grievance(s), if anything still survives to be redressed and adjudicated or on account of issuance of Notification dated 23rd August, 2025.
