The petitioners herein have alleged non-compliance of order dated 14.12.2020, whereby SWP No. 840/2019 was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the unpaid salary of the petitioners from 2018. 2. Statement of facts/compliance report stands filed. It is submitted therein that the services of the petitioners were terminated in the year 2018 and that salary/wages have already been paid upto the said period. It is further alleged that the petitioners had forcibly marked their attendance in the register without discharging any duties, and therefore, they are not entitled to any further salary/wages. 3. In view of the statement of facts/compliance report, proceedings in the present petition stand closed. Rule, if any, stands discharged.
