GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to allot the house site plots situated in Sy.No.203 of T. Narasapuram Village, T. Narasapuram Mandal and West Godavari District, which is classified as ‘Bandi Dari’ (Cart Track), and lands belonging to the petitioner situated in Sy.No.200-3 and 201-2C in the same village, without issuance of notice and without following the procedure as per law. 2. This Court by order dated 20.03.2020, passed an interim order directing the respondents not to assign the house site plots in Sy.No.203 (Bandi Dari) and lands belong to the petitioner in Sy.No.200-3 and 201-2C of T. Narasapuram Village & Mandal, West Godavari District. This Court by order dated 20.03.2020 directed the respondents not to assign house site plots in the subject lands. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted the written instructions dated 20.03.2020, furnished by the Tahsildar, Narasapuram. 4. On perusal of the said written instructions, it is clear that, neither the lands belonging to the petitioner nor the lands situated in Sy.No.203, which is classified as ‘Bandi Dari’ (Cart Track), were 3 proposed for allotment of house site pattas. The said written instructions are placed on record. 5. In view of the written instructions dated 20.03.2025, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order. There shall be no order as to costs.
