COMMON ORDER This Court, by its earlier order dated 17.03.2025, made it clear that if the vehicle is not repossessed before the next hearing date, these applications will be closed on the next hearing date. On the last hearing date, the time was extended for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle till the date of next hearing. Till today, the vehicle has not been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner in accordance with the order dated 17.03.2025. Therefore, these Applications are closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J. Commissioner to repossess the vehicle as and when the vehicle is located.
