2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow the application by making an order to quash the Crime No. 1088 of 2019 dated 30.09.2024 offence under Section 420 of IPC & quash the final report dated 21.05.2023 and also quash the entire criminal proceeding pending before JMF Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) as Criminal Case No. 4554 of 2023 and discharge from the case to the appellant.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the present CRMP has been filed for quashing of the FIR, charge-sheet dated 21.05.2023 and entire criminal proceeding, but in the present case, charges had already been framed by the learned trial Court against the petitioner on 16.10.2024, therefore, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to challenge the same.
4. Prayer is allowed.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
