This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to ensure compliance of order dated 04.02.2021 passed in Case No. T202116670500701 of 2021 (Rang Bahadur Vs. State) passed under section 67(A) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by way of removing illegal encroachment make by respondent no.3 over Arazi No. 338 (Kha) measuring Area 0.019 hectare situated at Village Pipris, Pargana, Tehsil and District Bhadohi; in the interest of justice." 2. It is contended that land in question has been settled with the petitioner under Section 67-A of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the private respondent no. 3 had encroached upon the said land. 3. Petitioner has a remedy of filing an application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the revenue authorities. In case, the said application is moved by petitioner, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
