Learned counsel for the petitioner files the supplementary affidavit. Keep the same in the record. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.56 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66B, 66C, 66D of I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in cyber-crime. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the mobile phone of the petitioner was recovered from the place of occurrence and the apprehended accused persons revealed that the said mobile phone belonged to the petitioner. It is then submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which the petitioner has been acquitted as mentioned in para-3 of the supplementary affidavit. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.02.2025 as is evident from para-22 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Spl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.56 of 2023 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
