A statement made on behalf of the appellants that in full and final satisfaction of their claim, an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to the appellant No.2-Aabrun Khan widow of Ratti Khan, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Only), favouring the appellant No.2- Aabrun Khan widow of Ratti Khan for & on behalf of all the claimants, within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. The cheque so deposited may be collected by the above- named appellant or the counsel representing the appellants against proper receipt. Miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
