It was preferred against judgment directing maintenance pendente lite. Subsequently, the marriage itself was dissolved on judgment dated 28th May, 2025 of the Family Court. Mr. Ajeet Sharma, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent and submits, his client was husband in the marriage, since dissolved. In view of aforesaid, the appeal has become infructuous inasmuch as the direction for maintenance pendente lite has merged in the final order. The application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed.
