This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 20.06.2014, of Complaint Case No. 2821 of 2017 (Dharmraj Vs. Tilak Ram And Others), under Sections 147, 452, 384 IPC, P.S. Dhebraua, District Siddharthnagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharthnagar. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel counsel for the applicants submits that the prayer made is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be issued to decide the bail application expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear / surrender before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
