By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of a partition suit bearing Case No.T202112610402996 instituted under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2016. From the order-sheet it transpires that the suit is at the stage of preparation of Kurra so as to brought a final decree. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 to expedite the hearing of the suit strictly in accordance with law giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties to lead their evidence and to also affording them reasonable opportunity of hearing and making all endeavour to finally dispose of the petition within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after preparation of Kurra.
