CRLR No.612 of 2025 Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Tejas Agarrwal, Advocate for the revisionist.
2. This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist, whereby he has put to challenge the order dated 18.08.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kotdwar, Pauri-Garhwal in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2025, Rahul Naithani Vs. Ruchi Naithani, under Section 29 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, whereby the criminal appeal preferred by the respondent- husband (Rahul Naithani) has been allowed, and after quashing the trial court order dated 22.02.2025, remanded the matter back to the trail court to decide the Misc. Criminal Case No.36 of 2023, in light of the observations made, in the body of the judgment and order dated
18.08.2025.
3. I have gone through the judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kotdwar, Pauri-Garhwal. The reasons assigned by the trial court in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the judgment appear sound. Furthermore, as the matter has only been remanded back to the trial court, no interference is required at this stage.
4. Accordingly criminal revision is dismissed in limine.
