The prayer is allowed. 6. Therefore, the execution of the sentence dated 24.03.2024, in Criminal Appeal No.11/2024, passed by the learned Additional and Session Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon shall remain suspended and the petitioner is allowed to remain on bail till the adjudication of this proceeding. 7.
