The Petitioner through the medium of the present application seeks release on bail in case arising out of FIR No. 14/2021 of Police StationParimpora for the commission of offence punishable under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act and sub-judice before the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS Court, Srinagar. 2. In view of the fact as is elucidated from the scanned record of the trial Court, the case of the Petitioner is posted for final hearing, as such, it will be in the interests of justice that the Petitioner should wait for final disposal of the case when it is already in the process of being finally heard. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner at this stage submits that the petitioner shall not press this application in case this Court is pleased to direct the Court to decide the matter, expeditiously and in case the matter is delayed due to any reason not attributable to the petitioner, the application moved for grant of bail shall be considered by the Trial Court. His statement is taken on record 4. In view of the fact that the trial of the main case in which petitioner seeks bail, has been concluded and is to be finally heard by the Trial court, the Bail Application is disposed of as not pressed, in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is, however, provided that in case the final disposal is delayed, for any reason not attributable to the petitioner, an application for grant of bail, if moved by him, shall be considered by the Trial Court. 5.
