Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he has also preferred an application dated 06.05.2023 before Chairperson J&K Wakf Board Srinagar, and petitioners have been authorized by the Board to make alternative arrangement for the conduct of affairs of the Jamia Masjid Heewan. In view of the limited nature of controversy, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Chairman J&K Wakf Board, Srinagar, before whom the representation is stated to have been preferred by the petitioners to accord consideration to the representation within a period of three weeks from the date copy of this order, along with copies of the petition and annexures are made available.
