Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 06.01.2023, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No.09 of 2023, arising out of Pokartanr P.S. Case No.01 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Simdega. 3. It appears that this applicant has been made an accused for committing the offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 302, 201, 376, 120B, r/w Section 34 of I.P.C, and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. It is the second attempt. The prayer for bail of this applicant was lastly rejected vide order dated 31.08.2024, passed in B.A. No.3859 of 2024. 4. From perusal of the affidavit, filed on behalf of the State, it appears that the prosecution evidence is already closed. 5. In view of the stage of trial, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is, hereby, rejected once again.
