The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the business transactions, the 2 3. nd respondent/ de facto complainant falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case. The allegations against the petitioner would attract a punishment below 7 years. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of the 4. criminal petition, directing the Investigating Officer/ Station House Officer, Dharmavaram I Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.52 of 2025. 5.
