Heard Sri Ram Chandra Kushwaha, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri Kalp Dev Mishra, learned counsel on behalf of respondent no. 5 as well as learned AGA. 3. In pursuance of the order dated 17.01.2025, today, corpus namely Smt. Reena @ Saniya is present in person before this Court along with her father/respondent no. 5. 4. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing with her father on her free will and wants to stay with him. 5. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her father/respondent no.5 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed. 6. In compliance of order dated 17.01.2025, Rs. 25,000/- in shape of cheque has already been handed over to the corpus. 7. Sub-Inspector namely Virendra Kumar who brought the corpus before the Court today is hereby directed to handover the custody of the corpus in favour of her father/respondent no. 5.
